HELP...I just purchased WIN500

I hope you have your product key I lost mine for my old Pro-197 and that was that. I thought when you download it it opens by itself?!

Unzip the download file, and then double click the "Win500.exe" file.

Right click Win500.exe and select "Create shortcut". Drag the new shortcut to your desktop.

And undoubtedly there are YouTube videos out there....

By the way to read a PDF file you need Adobe Acrobat or one of the many excellent PDF readers such as the one offered by Foxit. A well structured Google search will turn them up...Mike

I have adobe and it wont read it and I was told it will read in this software and its not

Win500 will not open PDF files, Can't imagine why someone told you it would. If Adobe Reader won't open it it's likely corrupt.

Win500 compatible files end with the extension of ".p500".

Does your file end with that?

Are you sure you are running Win500??

The top tool bar has the word "File" in it.

Click on that and you should see the word "open".

Click on that and point it to your file.
