Hearing what sounds like a control channel on 151.9625 in the Fort Collins area.

The frequency is licensed to J T C Communications LLC.

FCC License Info:

ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked License - WQJW425 - J T C Communications LLC


This might be a data channel or non detectable type of trunking control channel.

Any help appreciated.
