Your pics are way too blurry to tell. I see a BNC type antenna. It appears to be a VHF size but could be a multiband antenna off a scanner. Can you provide any better images?

How long is it? It just looks like a no-frills rubber duck from a BNC plug scanner.

Pics are horrible, but it looks like a run of the mill Uniden BNC rubber ducky like comes with the BC125AT.

Plain old generic BNC connector scanner antenna, same thing that's been given out with scanners for 30 years now.
