Help IDing this Freq. (NNJ)

Hi. I see that 151.925 is listed to a few users. There seems to be regular "pager" type sounds, some voice, and a regular CW identification of KCT837. (I am certain of the CW ID.)

There is no KCT837 listed in the ULS database (http://wireless.fcc.gov/uls).

Any ideas?

hrmm .. welp we all know how totally accurate the FCC database is .. *cough*cough*

It could be that the CWID transmitted is incorrect, or the license expired and they did not bother to reapply.

151.9250 DPL245 is used as a private channel for the Whitehouse Rescue Squad.

It's a land mobile "business band" frequency, you can hear most anything in that portion of the band.
