help im lost with this pro-2096

sure would be grateful if some one can share knowledge on how to
get this up and going.keeps telling me all channels locked out.also i live
in denver area try to go to preprogramed v channel for area no luck.
im sure it is my error can someone help regards jim

press PROG press Func press PROG
press 2=LOAD
press (# where denver is stored)
press ENT
press ENT to Confirm
after load press CLEAR
after restart hit SCAN

about lockout. try to press all the #'s beloww the locked out #

Go to www.starrsoft.com Get the software. Lets you SEE every setting for each bank. I dont think anyone could or would want to PGM by hand. I've PGM'ed several already and local FOX media considering 10 for all their SAT trucks and SUVs. Couldnt do it without software. Good Luck
