AR-DV10 Help: Importing CSVs with Template

Hey folks, has anyone successfully imported a CSV of frequencies using the MultipleDataCreate and a Template file? So far, all I get is "Frequency invalid" when I do so. Everything in my import file appears to be in the range of the DV10.

It can't work because AOR made a non standard CSV . So it is impossible to import or manage memories like others
