Hey i am pretty sure that i am getting a Digital P25 Phase 2 Trunking scanner. I have figured out that MOSWIN operates on and i was wondering if someone could send me some messages of frequencies that they use to listen to the highway patrol around the Columbia/Rocheport area. I am brand new on how to program a trucking radio is it the same as programing a analog radio where you just type in the frequencies? Also what is Dex & Hex? I have seen DEX & HEX numbers on some of the pages when it has things next to it is this frequencies for digital radios? PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!
