Help in New Franklin Twp. with PRO 96 Scanner

I live in S.W. Louisiana and my mother lives in New Franklin Twp. in Summit County she has a PRO 96 scanner which needs to be reformatted after Akron upgraded their radio system.I'm asking for assistance from anyone on the Ohio Forum who could possibly help her get the scanner set up properly,I tried doing it over the phone but I'm unfamiliar with the PRO 96 scanner,if anyone wishes to help please contact PM me ,or E-Mail me at belinda618@ centurytel.net the help is deeply appriciated ! :wink: Thank You ,Tony.
