Help!! Information over load has my brain sizzling

I read wiki's and stickies clicked links and stood on my head.

Where do i find the "Driver" that windows needs for the Wifi Dongle? Windows can not find it anywhere in the world. I am using an older version of windows XP that has all the windows updates that i could cram into it.

The link is in Step 1 on that page (the 2nd Step 1). The driver installation is Steps 2 and 3.

The problem was that it went through it's routine just fine but could not load a driver as it could not find a driver. All is well now i fixed it by loading it up on my mac using parallels and windows xp and it worked fine go figure.
