Help !! just got the bcd396xt

Hello all

I need some help please!! I recently upgraded my scanner from the bcd346xt to the bcd396xt. I have got all the trunking frequencies and all the conventional frequencies in and working the problem is the digital part.. I am trying to listen to Fontana p25 and inland CHP . I have tried 3 different ways to install and no avail. I don't understand if I am missing something or what any help would be great

I don't think the Fontana PD console patch is active anymore on the P25 system since the merge to mountain simulcast. You will have to monitor them on the analog system until it comes back. But I would assume they will be encrypted on the new P25 system as an active user.

You should be able to pick up the ICIS system and maybe the Orange County P25 site.
