help making .p95 file for Win95 Software?

Now that I'm on my way with my scanner with the help of the forum, I wanted to know if anyone can help me or teach me how to make a .p95 frequency file for the Win95 Software?

I wanted to know if there is a way to create a bulk file (i.e. in excel) formated in .p95 format and save it as a .p95 file.

Once I create this file, import or open it into Win95?
