how come I am only hearing some incidents and others seem to be on a different line channel or what ever. I am new at this please someone give me heads up and everything???? I want to hear it all How can I?

Hi Christy. You need to tell us what agencies you're trying to monitor and then what make/model of scanner you are using. Then we can help you set the scanner up to hear what you are missing. There are too many reasons why you might be missing transmissions. A little more info will help us help you.
hey christy, more information would be good like djeplett said, so these guys can help, but also dont forget your using a scanner, if other channels are busy while the incident you want to hear is happening, you may miss it, because your scanner is locked/stopped on the wrong channel/talkgroup.
