Icom: Help me to set up an ICON 2200H please :)

Hi,
I'm using an ICON 2200H in my base and a Marine VHF 25W on my boat.
I've already setup the ICON on all marine channels to avoid any mistake and everything is working fine.

The only thing I would like to setup is the scan, I explain :
- I use the marine channel 73 to talk with my commercial boat
- I want to listen channels 16 (coast guard) & 9 (fisher men)

I've already setup all as to skip all al them during a scan (except the 3 I want to scan), but :
- when I use my ICON to contact my boat, I would like the VHF goes directly to the channel 73 when I push te micro button (and now, sometimes it uses the 16 or the 9)
- when I've finish the communication, the scan come back again (now, I need to reload the scan everytime I use the Mic...)

I believe that what you are referring to is called "scan revert" by some radio manufacturers. Scan revert allows you to designate a channel that the radio will transmit on whenever you key the PTT even if the radio is scanning other channels.

The Icom IC-2200H is an amateur radio. As such, it may lack certain features, such as scan revert, that are useful in a radio designed for Part 80 or Part 90.
