can someone please help me i cannot hear any nccounty pd i hear wilm 27792,27952, i hear newark19216 ihear dsp 2128,2288 kentcounty2320, but no nccounty pd why cant i hear them i been scanning for about an hour and have heard nothing fron them. please help i would like to hear them as well what could i be doing wrong isee some tgids for them 6224, 6256, 6288, 6320 whats going on i have a 996 scanner thanks
