Help on programing

I have a radio shack pro-92 trunking radio that I used to listen to all the time. I went to California to care for mom a couple years and now I have come back to Victoria, Texas and can't find anything on my scanner but ham operators. I know they went to trunking and Motorola II but not sure if I am doing something wrong. Can anyone please help me get back to listening? Thank You very much!

Thanks very much for your quick reply it is much appreciated. i found some local frequencies and am trying to get them correctly on my scanner. My search had to be edited becausse the default wasn't scanning the local frequencies. Now I am trying to set them up on a bank for trunking purposes. Thanks again I appreciate your quick and curtious response.
