Help on the p25 set up im new at it

dose anyone know the boone county sheriffs depts digital channels i have a kenwood tk 5820 p25 digital mobile i would like to add the county high band to it i just wanna recevice only dont wanna talk just listen if some one could help me and thanks

You need a scanner that can do not only P25 but trunked. You could go to the RR DB and enter in all the voice channels (freqs) and listen to all the traffic but you won;t be able to follow the traffic or really know what/who is talking.

Be advised this stuff COULD happen to you even though it is a kenwood. Unless you are are authorized user on the IRP, I strongly suggest buying a good digital scanner instead.
