Hey i have a digital radioshack scanner the pro98 i think it came pre program with bucks and philly but i wanna add a few channels like philly fire north tac 1... on the site it says ...

I'm guessing you mean Pro-96, but it doesn't matter, the Philly Fire TAC channels are 100% encrypted, 100% of the time, so you won't be able to hear anything on them but garbled noise.

ok thank you iam new at this and yes it was pro 96.. how about the pa state police? i wanna get the bucks one with is Cars M.. can you get them on the scanner and if so what the code? thank you

Go to the database and look them up (there's a 'database' link in the top blue toolbar). If you have Pa. questions, it's best to ask them in the Penn. forum. There's also the Phillyscanner yahoo group which is very good as well
