IF you are authorized to use the system(s)and you want to use a personally owned radio you need to talk to the person(s) responsible for said system(s) get them to do it or get some sort of letter autorizing you to have those system(s) programmed and get a motorola dealer to do it for you. If it is a trunk system(s) then you will need the system key(s) to be able to have your radio programmed and you WILL need the system admin(s) to authorize it or do it for you.
