"A2 is 155.4675 in APCO P25 digital (IMBE) with a 118 NAC on a conventional (non-trunked) repeater"

Can sombody explain what the 118 NAC means in the above statement?

I AM TRYING TO PROGRAM THIS SYSTEM INTO MY 396T.

DPS Austin

So does this mean that I can't program this system or does this mean I don't need to be concerned about a NAC?

Thanks

My next question is this.
Since there are no control channels, do I just program the above frequencies into a P25 system on my scanner or is there a special way that I need to program it?

Program as a conventional, and make sure you leave Ctcss search off, otherwise the digital won't decode. You'll receive it fine, you might see lnk on the bottom, and then p25 and the audio will come through.

And try this link, FCC lists other frequencies with those.

It woyld be helpful to know the exact system, it looks to be a conventional frequency using APCO-25 digital if that is the case then it simply gets programmed as conventional FM the digital voice will decode as long as no PL is set.
