Help! Programming my BC246t

Trunking channels not producing any signal I have triple checked to be sure I have input the correct frequencies and have had the firmware upgraded just can't get the darn thing to produce any talk for my local city police.

I recently got this scanner as my first scanner and I am having the exact issue. Let me know if you fixed it 4 years ago.
