Help Programming Pro 164 and Pro 95B

Anybody near Myrtle Beach care to help me program these two scanners, and is there some software program that would carry program for both of these or do you need to buy separately?

I have both of those models myself. Software for the PRO-95 is free last time I checked (WIN95). I am using WIN97 for the PRO-164 and there is a one time purchase price. You do get what you pay for.
