Help: T4WIN.exe

I was told to download the program: 'T4WIN.exe' to try to monitor the activity on my local department's new system--I was trying to use PRO96COM however it only works with 9600 baud systems and my department uses 3600 mixed baud so that was the alternative I was told might work.

Does anyone know where I can find this: T4WIN.exe

Thanks, I have it installed but for some reason it isn't working properly... all I have is the serial cable that I used to program it, what other type of cables are required to ensure that it works properly or how would I go about setting that up? If anyone is willing to help my IM names are in my profile.

T4WIN isn't going to work with a serial cable for the Pro series scanners.

What you need is a scanner with a disciminator tap and then feed that into the sound card.
