Help to program live streaming feed to computer

Hello, I am really having trouble doing this with the new STARS. I am not even sure where to begin. I paid for scannerl
live but cannot do anything with it. Please help I really miss listening to VBPD.

First the feed i think you want to listen to is offine. But when it does come back online this is the link you want to listen to it.

In the meantime try another feed for your area
