even after reading it some still don't get it. you will no t be the first.
think of the radio as a computer that gets radio.
you have to program what you want into a folder/system
then you call up the system you want
and many here use freescan to put the systems you want for you add that to a premium subscription and you could be done in minutes.
if you want i could try and send bare bones instructions to get you to hear something.
but i am not familiar with phase 2, but would try.
