Help w/ Cobb 25 on RS Pro96

I've been using a pro96 to scan Cobb County's p25 system. Lately I've noticed I'm missing a LOT of traffic so I decided to check my frequencies and talk groups. I found I was really behind, so I updated everything using Win96. Now I'm getting nothing!!. A few questions to the scan wizards...

1. is the setting still supposed to be a MOT system or EDACS?
2. What about all of the other settings that make no sense to me. I'm using the list of 25 frequencies and the talk group id's like I did before but now I'm getting nothing.

I'm sure my pro96 is crap... but I'm not sure which scanner would suit me best for what I use it for. Any help is much appreciated!!

i have a pro 96 and it worked fine on the cobb p 25 you have to have it set to the MOT mode and make sure you have all of the control channels and it should work ok then

It's not you, or your radio, it is the Cobb DTRS. Even on XTS portables, you still get garbage. If you listen to the Atlanta and DeKalb systems, they sound like a Cadillac versus the Cobb that sounds like a Yugo!
