HELP!!! W/ Pro-106 and Baltimore County Police

I'm pretty new to the whole scanner scene. I bought a Pro 106 radio shack scanner today and i'm trying to program some baltimore county police freq...it isnt working to well. I basically just want towson,parkville,white marsh, essex, and north point, with all their tac channels. I have tried to program based off of what i have seen here however i am picking nothing up. which of the 856-860 frequencies should i enter.

Any help is greatly appreciated and if i have missed anything or left something out please give me a heads up. Thanks.

You only have to enter those frequencies highlighted in red. These are the control channels. Sometimes these are changed so to be safe, I always enter all of the frequencies. Are you using any software or are you doing it manually?
