Help with a talkgroup M.P.S.C.S.

I'm getting hits on tg id 1028 here in Kalamazoo .. It says here in the RR database that it's H-EVENT19 District 6 ... I'm surely not in district 6 and I hear them talking about local streets and schools here.. Could anyone help with this? I'm not sure what "H-EVENT19" is! Thanks in advance for your replies

The districts listed in RR.com have no bearing on reality - I think they came from some very old material and may be "suggested" but are not hardfast.

The first group of EVENT groups are in Bank G on the Motorola radios, the second set is found in Bank H so they use the letters to help the users know which bank to select.

Drug events with Kalamazoo Public Safety and MSP. They have been using event 18 the last couple of days.
