Help With Antenna Install

Please does anyone know anybody here in San Diego County That could help me by drilling and centering a hole in my trunk lid for a Nmo antenna Mount I believe its a 3/4 hole I need in my 2001 Ford Crown Vic I dont have the tools to do it myself so if anyone could help me It would be very appreciated.Thank You In Advance(P.S Needs to be in the center of the trunk lid and I do have the the mount)
