Help with ARC996T

Hi,
I have a couple of questions maybe someone here can answer.
When I read the scanner with the ARC software, none of my P25 system quick keys will display in the browser.The hide-show button does'nt help. The conventional ones show up. If I expand the browser tree, the site quick keys will display. The only way to get them to show next to the system folders is to change the system to a conventional one, set the quick key and then set back to P25. But if I load it to the scanner and read it back in again, I get the same thing. Is that just how it's gonna be?
Also, any ideas why the "M" on my P25 folders changes from red to blue. I've looked and looked but can't figure out why.

Quick keys for all trunking systems are done by site. Click the + next to he system name and the click the + next to the folder labeled site. Then you should see the quick key. If not click on the site name and it will have a spot for the quick key.
As for the "M" changing color on P25 systems I don't know why it does that to me.

So you cannot assign quick keys to systems, only to sites.

The red M indicates a P25 system, but since sites that belong to a system can be MOT2 / P25 etc this red M indicator does not work properly and will be removed from next release.
