Help With Avatar Picture Feature

Hi, RR site looks GREAT!, I would like to put a picture next to my name in the forum. I 've tried to do everything, but when I go to click on the upload picture, the forum screen says ' Invalid File' what am I doing wrong? thanks the site looks great thanks

Does the size conform to the requirements for the Avatar?

The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

It will be rejected by the program if it is larger than this.
