I recently purchased a BD502 through ebay and it came with a generic programming cable and program sw ver V2.02.09.002 EMS. I am able to see the assigned com port after installing usb cable drivers but when I click "read", the program says "failed to connections radio. Please check all connections and port settings" Is this possibly a problem with the cable? Wrong programing sw? Thanks for any help
