Help with Best Scanner

Hi. I'm fairly new to this so bear with me. I am looking for a scanner that can get the Saskatoon Police. They have gone encrypted and my Alico does not work with it. Most Police Force in Saskatchewan have gone this route. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If they are encrypted, then there isn't anything you will be able to do in order to listen. There are scanners that will pick up digital radio systems but nothing will let you listen to encrypted communications.
