Help with Bloomington police/fire/EMS

I live in Bloomington indiana. I cannot pickup anything other then Dispatch, no car too car or talk around groups.

Many of these are often encrypted. Have you checked the database?

It helps if you provide scanner type, software you are using to program it, and system you are trying to listen to.

Make sure you have turned on all of the service types of interest on the hp-2.

They are showing P25 Phase 1 with a type LAW TALK no encryption so you need to turn on LAW TALK.

Give this HomePatrol hpe favorites list file a try and see how it works. Save the attached zipped file to your computer and extract. Go to the File tab in Sentinel and Import from hpe file. Click on New Favorites List. Name it "Bloomington IN". Click OK. Highlight the extracted file (Bloomington IN.hpe) and click Open. It will show up as a favorites list in Sentinel. Write it to your HP2 scanner.
