Hi Bandit20, welcome to RadioReference. 
I see in the database that Saskatoon uses a mixed analog/digital trunked system so while you can hear analog transmissions in random order on your X2000 , trunktracking is not possible.
You may want to consider a digital handheld like the Pro 96 or BCD 396T or PSR 500 if you really want to monitor police action.
In any case, have a look at the link for the Province of Saskatchewan and see if there is anything else of interest in there for you.
