I am going to try for help again because I feel I am so close and just missing some detail. Another thread offer lots of help and I appreciate it. I have stepped back for a bit and came back hopefully fresh. I am also on a better machine now. Using Windows 7 on my faster Mac. I have configured everything in Unitrunker the best I can reckon. At this point I am only going to worry about receiving analog. The system I am trying for http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=2218 has analog and digital. I have no problems receiving analog voice on my BC346XTC. Anyhow, as I have everything set up, UniTrunker seems to be recognizing a signal. When I unmute the signal receiver I can hear the control frequency data and it corresponds exactly how I can hear it on my hardware scanner if I hold the scanner on the same control frequency. When I hear a voice call on the scanner(Fire dispatch or bylaws for example) the Unitrunker frequency/activity window pops up and shows the exact call. It seems the only thing I'm not getting is the audio. Hopefully a screenshot will show if I'm over looking something simple. Help very much appreciated.

Your screenshot is hard to read as all of the details are so small. If you post the screenshot at somewhere such as Photobucket (there are other sites as well) it will be much easier for people to read and you would be more likely to get assistance.

Good idea. I'll try that.

The site window shows only the control channel frequency. You will need to fill in the frequencies for the voice channels. You can do that one of two ways ...

1. manually type in the frequencies (click on the zero frequency, press F2, and start typing).

2. download the system information from the RR DB; for EDACS, you need to look up the system number and type that into the "RR DB SID" field of the system window.

a. from you first post, the SID is 2218.
b. in the active site window, click the Home button.
c. the system window appears - select the Info tab.
d. scroll down to the RR DB SID field and type the number there.
e. click the Download tool button (look like this: https://triangulations.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/dharma_wheel.png).

If all goes well, your site 4 will have eight channels with frequencies.

But you're not done yet.

If the site window is displaying call activity (much like your screen shot), uncheck the Discover check box on the signal receiver.

This turns off discover mode - which is what causes multiple "Limbo" sites/systems.

Chase | Dwell | Discover | Pick Site | Pollution

You can manually clean up any left over Limbo systems.
