Help with Database import using Win 500

I get the following error when trying to do a web import in Win 500???

Go to the Win500 webpage and it will give you instructions on what you need to enter in the searchbar and the divers that you may need to install to import from RR. http://www.starrsoft.com/software/win500/default.asp

Edit: disregard the link in the search bar I see you got it in the bottom of your post.
