Help with firmware updater

I downloaded the firmware updater and installed it. When I run it this is the error I get Internet access failed the remote server returned an error:227 entering passive mode (69,15,51,147,7.17). I had no problem with the last firmware update,

This issue is likely due to a change in your firewall software or the use of http proxy.

Is there another way to get this file? I have never had this trouble before. Have updated firmware since updates became available with older radios.
