Help with found frequencies

Has anyone monitored activity on the following freqs?

415.450 PL 173.8
418.825 DCS 263

I heard them in the downtown Sacramento area today. 418.825 is not the DEA freq you are all familar with. The DCS tone is really throwing me for a government agency. I've never seen that before. Thanks for any help in advance.

How are you today , I see you are not the only one into listening to the federal guys ,Well i listen to them too.But Down here in New orleans
There on 418.625 AS the Main channel But then they go to 418.750 which is channel 3 .
So what i would do if i was you is make a list of what channels you do hear then put them in a little group to where as the ones you do not hear put to the side.....

415.450 is likely to be a point-to-point link for Tahoe National Forest. See if you hear the same traffic on 168.775, 168.175 or 171.500.

The Fresno VA on 418.5625 uses DCS 152 so it's not impossible. Don't know anything about 418.825 other than the DEA relation.
