HELP with Franklin JPole Antenna

Hi,

I want to design a JPole antenna that it's working in UHF band. Obviously is an omnidirectional antenna but, i want to get HPBW about 9 degrees.
Could you tell me how can i get it? For instance, if I have to change the lenght of gap or large of antenna.
