Help with frequencies?? Pro 2021

I am new to all this,i was wondering how do i find the frequencie numbers for my area my scanner?.Was wondering if maybe i could get someone to walk me threw it on yahoo messenger or something?,any help would be great!,thank you.......My yahoo messenger name is pouncethecat2002
