Help with id of this one

I have been getting some skip today on 75.82 the thing is that the 75 link is repeating a 33.?? east coast fire at time and mostly cent or south american-spanish.
Does any know when the 75.82 link might be?
started comming in at 1112 cdt now its 1355 cdt

I saw that too when i did a fcc uls search but the link 75.82 is comming in on e skip too,it also fades in and out.as for the brown co listing i dont hear it here.

If you can copy any of the East Coast fire stuff, someone can probably ID it. Even with a short audio file, maybe someone will recognize a voice or lingo.
