Help with MARCS-IP Warren county

Trying to program a uniden BCD 996 T, BCD 396 xt, and the BCD 396 T.
Do I setup the MARCS-IP Warren County system as a P25 standard ( digital xt )
under the site and site type settings ?

Can anyone help me setup this system properly ?
Is the MARCS -IP Warren County system up and running without problems ?
I figure I do not have things setup correctly.

All scanners listed above have all their updates.....

The reception in the confines of Lebanon is absolutely terrible. However once outside of Lebanon, the reception improves greatly.

I have been getting intermittent reception in Miamisburg and I can only receive by using the Dayton control frequencies. When I use the Warren Simulcast frequencies I don't hear anything. I think I need to put up a good outside antenna.I am getting Franklin PD good.
