Help with Newark FD Fireground channels

I see that there is 4 700mhz Fireground channels listed. No PL is shown, Is there a PL or is it no PL?

I’ve never heard them on those frequencies...they just stay on their talkgroup.

It is quite possible that these frequencies are set up similar to Providence, RI where they use analog simplex for communicating on the fireground. The rigs have voting repeaters that rebroadcast the traffic onto the talkgroup. They should have a PL, but without being on a fire scene where it's utilized, there's probably very little chance of catching it.
