Help with NOTAM

this was on a NOTAM for CAK Akron airport.

Has frequencies, but not sure what it is saying.
Can somebody decode/translate.

Pretty sure that means to use 371.875 instead of 226.4

Per http://www.flyagogo.net/print/airport.pdf?apt=CAK that was an approach frequency retransmission, http://www.fltplan.com/AirportInformation/CAK.htm has the new one.
