Help with Palm Beach County Reband...

Currently on vacation down in sunny south Florida from the cold and rainy Northeast. Brought the trusty PSR-500 and listening to Boca PD no problem (uploaded it from RR before I left). Well apparently, Palm Beach County rebanded and I forgot to do it. I have the control channel 852.7625 but the scanner keeps throwing the talkgoup to the old 860 plus frequencies. No software with me to update . Does anyone have a custom bandplan? I'm going to have to do this manually through the expert settings. I'm assuming I change the t tables to Custom and then it asks for the following in each table

Hi chan
Offset
Base
Step

Any help would be appreciated. I searched and only found references to Uniden scanners.
