Help with PRO-2018

Hey everyone...I just got this RS Pro-2018 Desktop Scanner for Christmas and it worked fine until recently...now it will just sit there and scan and will not pick up anything...I have not messed with the Squelch, Volume, Location, and I know the frequencies are right. Any help is appriciated!

Try adjusting the squelch and check your antenna. Worst comes to worst, take it back to Radio Shack. It's still under warranty.......Ray
