I'm having problems interfacing with my 2067 using win92 with win.xp. using a 20-289 cable with a 26-183 usb-serial adp. have the correct port setting. getting this err. message-looking for 01 92 03 52. tried different combinations on the configure settings. have no problem using this cable setup with win96.

It's most likely the USB adp. Check around on all the threads. This has been hashed out several times in the past. I'm sure you will find a post that covers your problem. Good Luck, Larry
Check your COM port setting in Win92 and make certain they match the one in Win 96. In theory, if the cable/USB adaptor combination works with Win96, it should also work with Win92 since they use the same serial port protocols. If the serial ports do match, go to Configuration, Serial Configuration and tick the "Extra Write Time" box. If I recall, Win92 was a little pickier about Serial to USB convertors than Win96 and the extra write time may solve the problem.
