In a Motorola type II you will not need fleet-maps. I don't have my computer with win95 in front of me, however the talk-group information is in the bottom right corner of the banks. If I remember correctly, it goes 0-4 and each "talk group bank" has 20 possible entries for talk groups- so you can program 100 talk-groups per scanner bank.
You will need to select motorola type II- I think that's toward the top of the page. Enter the control channels in the frequency section- if you're unsure of the 4 control channels, enter all the channels in the system. For mode, make sure you enter "MO" or Motorola on the same line as the frequency.
There's probably something I left out. Win95 isn't a bad program to learn. Just tinker around with it a little. Hope this helps.
