Help with Pro96

I just got the cable and Win96 for my Pro96 scanner. I'd like to have a scan bank dedicated to Philly Fire - just fire stuff no EMS and another bank for Philly PD. I've typed the ID's in but I think I'm missing something b/c I still hear the EMS units. Is it possible to do this and if so, how would I do it step by step? Thanks for your time.

Make sure you scan in closed mode (-).
