Help with Programming Pro-91 (Trunked Systems)

I need help with programming Fairfax, MWAA, Loudoun and Prince William County Lastest Trunk Systems. I read the owners manual and I still cant seem to get it programmed. I also have a Pro-2050 and I know I cant program that with the Motorola Systems.
Any help or walk though would be grateful.

Checking the RR DAtabase I see that Virginia and West Wirginia are mostly APCO 25 for Fire and Interoperability. I suspect you need a Pro96 to monitor the freqs/services you want. (Sorry for the high-dollar news...)
